Questions about the features
Do I have to pay for each module separately?
No. Every module is included in every plan, including Free. What changes between plans is the volume — how many invoices, customers or products you can have — not which parts of the app you can open.
Which features are included in the free plan?
All of them, within the Free plan's limits: 5 invoices and 10 quotes a month, 10 customers, 1 staff member and 200 MB of storage. The full table is on the pricing page.
What does the “Soon” label mean?
That the capability is specified and being built but is not available yet. Nothing marked Soon can be used today, and it has no feature page — it links to the roadmap instead.
Can I use just one part of ERPFlow?
Yes. Plenty of businesses only use invoicing and customers at first. Nothing forces you to fill in the rest, and the modules you ignore stay out of your way.
