Service slots drivers book themselves

Publish a booking page with the work you take in — an oil change, a tyre swap, a brake check — each with its own duration and price. Slots follow the workshop's opening hours or each mechanic's own, with a buffer after each job so one overrun doesn't swallow the next. A driver can book more than one service at once and leave the registration and the symptoms in the notes; confirmations and reminders go out by email, and bookings that wait for your approval show as a count.

Parts and labour on one quote

Parts are products with a SKU, a price, a stock count and the supplier you buy them from; labour is a service with its own rate and tax. Put both on a quote, send it as a PDF for the customer to approve, and convert the accepted version into an invoice without typing a line twice. Every stock movement leaves a trail, so when the shelf and the system disagree you can see what changed the count.

Every car in the workshop on one board

Run the workshop as a project board: a card per job, moved from booked to waiting for parts to ready for collection, with the mechanic assigned, a deadline that turns amber, then red, and photos of the damage attached. Assigning a card emails the person it's for, so the job sheet is never just a note on the bench.

The customer's history in one record

An online booking arrives as a lead, or lands straight on the record of a customer you already have, matched by email. Quotes, invoices and payments sit on the same record, so when a regular rings about the last service the answer is a search away. A finished booking turns into a draft invoice at the booked price, and payments are recorded as they come in, part payments included.

Car repair & auto services — common questions

Everything you need to know about ERPFlow. Can't find the answer? We're here to help.

Contact us
Does ERPFlow keep vehicle records?
Not as vehicles. ERPFlow has no fields for a registration, VIN or mileage, and no service history per car — the history sits on the customer's record, and the registration travels in the booking notes and on the job card. A garage that looks cars up by plate, or services fleets with dozens of vehicles per customer, will find that a real gap.
Can ERPFlow remind customers when a service is due?
No. Booking reminders go out before an appointment that's already booked, but nothing tracks when a car is next due for a service or inspection and contacts the customer about it. Payment reminders are manual too: you send one on an overdue invoice when you choose.
Can drivers pay a deposit when they book a repair?
Not yet. ERPFlow's booking pages take the appointment, not the money — you invoice once the work is done and record the payment when it arrives. Card payment at booking is specified and on the roadmap.
Does ERPFlow look up parts from a catalogue?
No. There's no parts-catalogue lookup and no supplier price feed. Parts are your own products, added by hand or imported from a CSV file, each with its price, its stock count and the supplier you buy it from.
