How it works

From a link to a commission

  1. Share your link

    Your personal link is https://www.erpflow.ai?affiliate=YOURCODE. The code works on any page of erpflow.ai, so send people to whichever page suits them.

  2. They sign up

    If they sign up in the same browser within 30 days, their company is recorded as yours. Everyone starts on the Free plan and you earn once they move to a paid one.

  3. You earn 20%

    While a company's subscription is active, 20% of its plan price counts as your share, extra seats included. Paid monthly by bank transfer.

How much can I earn as an ERPFlow affiliate?
20% of every referred company's subscription, for as long as that subscription stays active. The commission is calculated on the plan price at list price, before VAT, and extra seats add to it. As an illustration, 50 companies on the Business plan (€99 a month each) pay €4,950 a month in subscriptions, of which your 20% is €990 a month. That is arithmetic on the price list, not a forecast: how many companies sign up, and on which plan, is not something we can promise.
When and how are ERPFlow affiliates paid?
Monthly, by bank transfer. ERPFlow pays affiliates every month, by hand, for the subscriptions of the companies they referred. The payment terms are set out in the B2B affiliate agreement that each affiliate company signs.
Who can join the ERPFlow affiliate program?
Companies, by application. The ERPFlow affiliate program is for registered businesses only, not private individuals. We review every application and not every one is accepted. If it is a fit, we sign a B2B affiliate agreement with your company before anything is switched on. Affiliate access then lives in your company's ERPFlow account (the Free plan is enough), where your link and dashboard appear.
How are my referrals tracked?
With your link and a 30-day cookie. Your link is https://www.erpflow.ai?affiliate=YOURCODE, and the code works on any page of erpflow.ai. When someone opens it, their browser keeps your code for 30 days, and if they sign up in the same browser within that time their company is recorded as yours. Every company that person creates counts. Someone who signed up before clicking your link is not attributed. If a person signs up on a different device, tell us and we can link the company to you by hand.
Do free accounts earn me commission?
No. A company on the Free plan has no subscription, so it earns you nothing until it upgrades to a paid plan. It still appears in your dashboard as a referred company, and your share starts once it is paying.
Do extra seats count towards my commission?
Yes. The commission is calculated on the plan price multiplied by the quantity, so every extra seat adds to it. For example, Starter costs €19 a month with 2 members and €8 for each extra seat, so a Starter company with 4 members is €35 a month and your 20% is €7.00. Amounts are list prices before VAT.
Can I refer my own company?
No. Signing up your own company through your own link does not count as a referral. The programme is for companies you introduce to ERPFlow.
Where can I see what I have earned?
In your affiliate dashboard at app.erpflow.ai/affiliate, once affiliate access is switched on for your account. It shows your link, your share percentage, an approximate monthly share, how many companies you have referred and how many are paying now, and a table with each company's seats, projected revenue and your share per month. The monthly figure is an estimate, calculated from current subscriptions.
