Staff record with department, position and location.

Who works here, and where they sit

Staff records carry departments, positions and reporting structure, so the org chart is a view of real data rather than a slide someone updates twice a year. Staff link to the locations they work at and the customers, products or services they're responsible for.

Salary history, kept properly

Salary entries are recorded with their history, so a change is a new entry rather than an overwrite. When someone asks what a role cost two years ago, the answer exists. Permissions keep those figures away from anyone who shouldn't see them.

In the same system as everything else

Because staff sit beside the bookings they took, the assets assigned to them and the time off they've requested, the people side of the business stops being a separate spreadsheet that drifts out of step with reality.

Staff — common questions

Does ERPFlow run payroll?
No. There's no payroll processing, no payslips and no tax filing. Salary entries are records of what someone is paid, kept for your own reporting. Payroll stays with your provider or accountant.
Can I control who sees salary information?
Yes. Permissions are per resource and action, so you can grant someone the staff module without finance, or the customer list without salary records. Every change is written to the activity log with who made it.
Does it handle shift rotas?
No. There's no rota builder or shift scheduler. Vacations and time off are tracked, and booking pages handle customer-facing appointments per staff member, but neither is a shift planner.
