Every change an integration makes

When an AI assistant or another integration writes to ERPFlow with its API key or through the MCP endpoint, the change and its log entry are saved together: if the entry can't be written, the change doesn't happen. Whatever a machine did on your behalf is on the record.

Read-only, for owners and admins

Nobody can edit or delete an entry. The log is visible to the organisation's owners and admins, filtered by who acted or by the kind of record. Stock and asset movements keep their own immutable history on top, so a count that looks wrong has a trail.

Does ERPFlow's activity log record every change?
Not yet. It records sensitive actions — documents sent by email, imports, exports, backups, salary and bonus entries, surveys sent and subscription changes — and every change made through an integration or AI tool. Ordinary edits made in the app by signed-in users aren't logged one by one today.
Can I export the audit log?
Not as a dedicated export or a stream to an external SIEM. The log is searchable in the application. If you have a compliance requirement to ship audit events off-platform, raise it with us — it isn't available today.
How long is activity kept?
Entries are retained with the organisation rather than aged out on a configurable policy. There's no retention setting to tune.
Does it show exactly what changed in a field?
No. The log records the action, the record and the person. It isn't a field-by-field diff of before and after values, so it answers who and what rather than the precise old value.
