Everything about a customer, in one place

A customer record holds their details, their documents and their history. Quotes, orders, invoices, bookings and notes all attach to it rather than living in separate lists that happen to share a name. When someone asks what we've done for them, the answer is one screen.

  • Quotes, orders and invoices linked to the record
  • Notes and comments where the context belongs
  • Files attached — contracts, agreements, correspondence

What is this customer actually worth?

Revenue rolls up per customer from the invoices you've raised, with VAT broken out. Expenses recorded against them sit alongside. That turns a question most small businesses answer by instinct into something you can sort by — and the answer is often not the customer you'd have guessed.

  • Revenue and VAT per customer
  • Expenses against the same record
  • NPS responses beside the numbers

Won a lead? It's already a customer

Converting a lead carries its details straight into a customer record, so nothing is retyped and the source attribution survives the transition. The pipeline and the customer list are two views of the same relationship rather than two databases to keep in step.

Customers — common questions

Can I import my existing customer list?
Yes. CSV import covers customers along with 19 other record types, and the export uses the same format so it round-trips straight back. You can bring your history rather than starting from an empty list, and take it with you if you ever leave.
Does it sync with my email or an external CRM?
No. There's no inbox integration and no sync with Salesforce, HubSpot or similar. Correspondence you want on the record gets attached or noted manually. If two-way CRM sync is a requirement, that gap is worth weighing now.
How many customers can I have on the free plan?
Ten. Starter allows 30, Growth 50, and Business and Enterprise are unlimited. Every plan includes the full customer module — what changes between them is volume, not which features you can open.
