Are notes shared with the whole team?
Notes are yours; comments on records are visible to people with access to that record. There's no @-mention or notification on a note, so it isn't a messaging tool — it's a place to write things down where they'll be found again.
How many notes can I have on the free plan?
Ten. Every paid plan is unlimited. It's one of the few limits that lifts entirely at the first paid tier.
Can I format notes or use a rich editor?
Notes are plain text with attachments rather than a rich collaborative document. If you need a wiki or shared docs, keep the tool you have — this is for the short things that otherwise get lost.
