Quotes render as PDFs in any of 19 languages, set per customer, with your logo and business details. VAT is applied at line level, so mixed-rate jobs come out right without a manual adjustment at the bottom.

Sent, logged, findable

Email the quote from the system and the send is recorded — who it went to and when. Quote numbering is sequential and automatic, and every change is written to the activity log. When a customer says they never received it, you can check rather than guess.

Can customers accept a quote online?
Not yet — there's no online acceptance page or e-signature. You send the PDF and the customer confirms however they normally do, then you mark it accepted and convert it. If a click-to-accept flow is central to how you sell, that's a real gap today.
How many quotes can I send on the free plan?
Ten a month. Starter allows 30, Growth 50, and Business and Enterprise are unlimited. The quote module itself is identical on every plan — only the monthly volume changes.
Can I quote in a different currency?
Yes, from the Growth plan: Growth adds one currency beside your own, and Business and Enterprise add any number. Quote in your customer's currency while your reporting stays in your base one, using rates from published central-bank data. The currency carries through to the invoice when you convert.
