Booking that matches who's teaching

Availability is set per instructor as weekly recurring windows, so a client books a real slot with the right person. Confirmations and reminders go out by email, and the schedule publishes as a calendar feed instructors can subscribe to.

Clients you actually remember

One record per client with their history, notes and every invoice attached. For personal training and small-group work — where the relationship is the product — that's usually worth more than any dashboard.

Which sessions actually fill?

Sessions are services with their own prices, bookings sit against the instructor who took them, and each instructor's calendar shows their hours, bookings and time off by week or month. A finished session turns into an invoice at the price it was booked at. Timetables tend to be set by habit; seeing who's booked when makes it easier to set them by what actually fills.

Does ERPFlow handle memberships or class packs?
Partly. Recurring invoices bill a membership list on a schedule — one invoice per member, emailed with the PDF attached, at whatever interval you set — so check your plan's monthly invoice allowance against your member count. What's missing is the rest of a membership system: no class-pack balances, no capacity limits per class, and nothing charges a card, so you record payments as they arrive. A studio that needs the money collected automatically will still find that a gap.
Can clients pay when they book?
Not yet. Booking takes the slot and you invoice afterwards. Card payment at the point of booking is specified and on the roadmap.
Can I cap the number of people in a class?
Booking availability is per instructor rather than per class with a headcount, so it suits one-to-one and small-group work better than a 30-person timetable. Worth testing against how your studio actually runs before you switch.
