What's available today vs coming soon?

Operations is live now — invoicing, CRM, catalog, inventory, finance, staff, lead-capture forms, and CSV/ZIP data portability. The AI assistant on web, Slack, Telegram and voice rolls out after launch, included in every plan. The Website Builder and Commerce Hub (Shopify/WooCommerce sync) arrive as optional add-ons.

Do you offer a free trial?

You don't need one — the Free plan is free to use, no card required. Start free and upgrade to a paid plan when you outgrow the limits.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. All plans are billed monthly — there are no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period, and your organization then continues on the Free plan with all its data.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can download a full-organization backup at any time — one ZIP of every entity as CSV (round-trippable through import), plus a separate streaming ZIP of every uploaded file (attachments, logos, staff avatars). Both also surface inside the delete dialog so you can grab them right before walking away.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via Stripe, billed monthly. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.

Is the AI assistant available yet?

Not yet — the AI assistant is on our roadmap and ships shortly after launch. When it lands it's included in every plan: ask questions in plain language and have it act on your data, with your permissions, on web, Slack, Telegram and by voice.

Can I import my existing data?
