Peppol BIS Billing 3.0
Your invoice, your customer's language
Every invoice renders as a PDF in any of 19 languages — set per customer, so a German client gets a German invoice without you keeping a second template.
- 19 languages, no separate templates to maintain
- Your logo and business details on every document
- Line-level VAT rates, totals calculated for you
EU e-invoicing without a plugin
Export any invoice as Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 (UBL 2.1 XML) — the format European public buyers and larger companies increasingly require. A readiness check flags missing fields before you send, so you find out at your desk rather than from a rejection.
- Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 / UBL 2.1 export
- Readiness check on required fields
- PDF alongside the XML for your own records
- The customer's PO number carried in the e-invoice
Bill in the currency you sold in
Invoice in your customer's currency from the Growth plan — one currency beside your own on Growth, any number on Business — with rates pulled from published central-bank data. Your reporting stays in your base currency.
- Per-invoice currency
- Reporting consolidated in your base currency
Every invoice sits next to everything else
An invoice isn't a document in a folder — it's attached to the customer who received it, the products on it, and the payments recorded against it. Nothing is retyped, and nothing goes missing between tools.
- Linked to the customer record and the catalog
- Full activity log of who changed what, and when
- CSV export whenever you want it, no support ticket
- Linked to the quote and order it came from
Invoices that raise themselves
Set a retainer or a membership up once and ERPFlow issues it on schedule — weekly, monthly or yearly. One schedule can bill a whole list of customers, creating one invoice each. You still record the payment when it arrives: ERPFlow issues the invoice, it doesn't take money for you.
- Weekly, monthly or yearly — or every few of them
- One schedule, one invoice for each customer on it
- Numbered, PDF attached and emailed, or left as drafts to check
- Pause the whole schedule, or a single customer, without losing it
Record payments, chase the late ones
Record each payment as it arrives, in full or in parts, and the invoice shows what's still due — on screen and on the PDF. Once an invoice is past its due date, send a payment reminder from its menu: the PDF goes with it, along with how many days it's overdue and what's left to pay. Every reminder is one somebody chose to send; nothing goes out on a schedule.
- Full or part payments, as many as it takes
- Partially paid and overdue worked out for you
- A payment reminder in two clicks, PDF attached
- Paid and amount due printed on the PDF
Works with
- QuotesPrice the work properly, send it as a PDF in your customer's language, and convert the accepted quote without retyping a line.
- CustomersOne customer, one record — with every quote, invoice, booking and note attached, so nobody has to ask around for the history.
- IncomeRent, interest, a referral fee, a dividend — recorded with its category and VAT, so the money that never had an invoice is counted too.
- Tax & VATDefine your rates once, apply them at line level on every document, and get VAT reporting that reconciles to the paperwork.
