Booking page as a customer sees it, with per-staff availability.

Availability per person, not per business

Each staff member has their own weekly availability windows, so part-time hours and different days off work properly. A customer picks who they want and sees only the slots that person actually has free — rather than a generic grid you then have to reshuffle.

Confirmations and reminders that go out on their own

Bookings can confirm automatically or wait for someone to approve them, with anything pending shown as a count so it doesn't get missed. Confirmation emails go out on booking, and a reminder follows at whatever lead time you set.

  • Automatic or manual confirmation
  • Pending bookings surfaced as a count
  • Reminder emails at a lead time you choose

In your team's own calendar

Each schedule publishes as a calendar feed staff can subscribe to in whatever calendar app they already use. Bookings mark as completed or no-show, and everything sits against the customer record with their history and invoices.

Booking pages — common questions

Can customers pay or leave a deposit when booking?
Not yet. Booking pages take the appointment, not the money — you invoice afterwards. Card payment at the point of booking is specified and on the roadmap. If deposits are how you control no-shows, that's a real gap today.
Does it sync both ways with Google Calendar?
Not two-way. Schedules publish as a calendar feed your team can subscribe to, so bookings appear in their calendar — but a busy block in Google won't remove a slot from your ERPFlow availability. Availability is managed in ERPFlow.
Can I limit how many people book a class?
Availability is per staff member rather than per class with a headcount, so it suits one-to-one and small-group work better than a large timetabled class. Worth testing against how you actually run before switching.
