Kanban project management linked to your customers
Drag the work from To do to Done, see what's due before it's late, and keep the files, the discussion and the hours on the card — next to the customer it's for.

A board for every job
Each project is a kanban board with columns you name, colour and put in order yourself. A new one starts as To do, In progress and Done — change that to match how the work actually moves, and mark whichever columns count as finished.
- As many projects as you need, on every plan
- Columns named and coloured by you
- Any column can count as done
- A default project for work that fits nowhere else
Drag it to where it stands
Move a card to the next column, or up its column to put the urgent one first. The order stays put for everyone, and dragging works from the keyboard as well as the mouse.
- Drag between columns and reorder within one
- Keyboard dragging from the card's handle
- Send a card to another project with its files and comments
Deadlines you notice before they pass
Give a card a deadline and the board marks it as it closes in: amber inside three working days, red inside one, and flagged overdue once it has gone. Weekends don't count, and a card in a done column stops warning.
- Amber within 3 working days, red within 1
- Overdue cards flagged on the board
- Counted Monday to Friday
Everything about the task, on the card
A card carries the description, the people on it, the deadline, the time spent, and its own files and comment thread — so the brief, the decision and the attachment sit where the work is. Whoever you assign is notified in the app and by email.
- Several people assigned to one card
- Files and a comment thread on every card
- Time spent recorded in hours and minutes
- Assignment notifications in the app and by email
Linked to the customer it's for
Link a project to a customer and it appears on their record with its card count and the time spent, so "how much have we put into this client?" has a number beside it. Quotes, orders and invoices can link to the project as well.
- Projects listed on the customer record
- Time spent totalled per project and per customer
- Quotes, orders and invoices linked to the project
Archived, not lost
A finished card goes to its project's archive in one click and comes back to the same spot if you need it again. A finished project archives the same way, so the list shows what's live without throwing away what's done.
- Restore a card to the column it left
- Archive and restore whole projects
- Delete for good only when you mean it
Works with
- CustomersOne customer, one record — with every quote, invoice, booking and note attached, so nobody has to ask around for the history.
- NotesThe things you'd write on a pad — kept with the customer, the job or the day they belong to.
- BookmarksThe supplier portal, the shared price list, the training video everyone rewatches — saved once, sorted into categories, and found by everyone in seconds.
- Files & storageContracts, receipts, photos and certificates attached to the customer, job or invoice they're about — not in a folder tree nobody maintains.
