Restaurants & cafés: what you'll open every day
The whole platform is included either way — these are simply the parts you'll live in.
- SuppliersKeep every supplier, what you buy from them and what you've spent with them on one record.
- ExpensesRecord what you spend against real suppliers and categories, with the receipt attached, so month-end is a page you open.
- ProductsDefine a product once — price, tax rate, stock — and use it on every quote, order and invoice without typing it again.
- StaffYour team, their roles, their departments and their salary history — in the same system as the work they do.
- IncomeRent, interest, a referral fee, a dividend — recorded with its category and VAT, so the money that never had an invoice is counted too.
- QuotesPrice the work properly, send it as a PDF in your customer's language, and convert the accepted quote without retyping a line.
- LocationsRun more than one site with its own staff, assets and bookings — each on the map, with its paperwork attached.
And everything else, included
There's no industry edition and no module you have to buy separately. Every plan includes every part of ERPFlow — what changes between plans is volume and team size, not which parts you can open.
Back office, not the till
ERPFlow is the system behind the restaurant rather than the one at the pass. There's no POS, no card terminal, no table reservations and no menu or recipe costing. What it does is keep the suppliers, the costs, the staff and the money in one place — the half of running a café that usually lives in a folder of invoices and a spreadsheet.
Supplier bills you can find again
Every delivery note and invoice goes in as an expense against the supplier, with the document attached and a category — food, drink, cleaning, repairs. What each supplier costs you a month is a figure on their record, and the dashboard sets your takings against your costs month by month, while there's still time to do something about a bad one.
Staff, time off and holidays
Kitchen and floor staff have their own records and departments. Time off is requested and approved in the app with public holidays already filled in, and each person's calendar shows hours and time off by week or month — so the week three people asked for is visible before the rota goes up.
Catering and private events, quoted properly
Price a catering order or a private dinner as a quote with every line and its tax, send it as a PDF, and convert the accepted version into an invoice. The client, the quote and the invoice sit on one record. Dry goods and drinks can be products with a stock count and a supplier, and the day's takings go in as income.
