The month shouldn't be a reconstruction

Jobs are recorded against the customer as they happen, not gathered from a folder of dockets at month end. When it's time to invoice, the work is already there and already priced — which is usually the difference between billing on the 2nd and billing on the 12th.

Every vehicle sits in the asset register with what you paid, what it's worth now and the gain or loss when you sell it. Maintenance and running costs go in as expenses against the same vehicle, so the question of whether a van is earning or bleeding has an answer rather than an opinion.

Depots, drivers and who sees what

Does ERPFlow do route planning or dispatch?
No. There's no route optimiser and no dispatch board. ERPFlow covers the commercial side — the customer, the job, the vehicle, the invoice and the numbers. Operators running live dispatch usually keep their planning tool and use ERPFlow for everything that happens before and after the run.
Can I track vehicles and trailers as assets?
Yes. Each one is a record in the fixed-asset register with purchase value, current value and disposal gain or loss, and you can attach documents to it. Fuel, servicing and repairs go in as expenses against that vehicle, so per-vehicle cost is a report rather than a spreadsheet exercise.
Does it integrate with telematics or tachograph systems?
No, there's no telematics integration. Data from those systems would come in by CSV import or be entered manually. If automatic mileage and hours capture is essential to how you bill, that gap matters and is worth weighing before you move.
