Wholesale distribution software

Buy and sell off the same product list, so what you tell a customer is in stock is what's actually on the shelf.

One product list, both directions

The product you buy from a supplier is the same record you sell to a customer. SKU, cost, price and stock level live in one place, so a price change lands everywhere at once and nobody quotes from a spreadsheet that was current in spring.

Order in, order out, invoice

Customer orders record what was agreed and what's been fulfilled. When it ships, convert the order straight into an invoice — the lines carry across and each invoice line points back at the order line it came from. No re-keying, and no arguments later about what was actually on the pallet.

Sell across borders without a second system

Invoice B2B customers in their own currency while your reporting stays in yours. Every invoice can also export as a Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 file, which is what larger European buyers and public bodies increasingly insist on before they'll pay you.

And everything else, included

There's no industry edition and no module you have to buy separately. Every plan includes every part of ERPFlow — what changes between plans is volume and team size, not which parts you can open.

Wholesale & distribution — common questions

Does ERPFlow handle multiple warehouses?
Not yet. Each product carries one stock figure, which suits distributors running a single warehouse or storeroom. Multi-warehouse stock with reserved quantities is part of the Commerce Hub work on our roadmap. If you're splitting stock across three depots today, this is the thing to check before you commit.
Can I sell the same product in different sizes or variants?
Not yet — a product is currently one SKU with one price and one stock level. If you sell in packs and singles you'd set those up as separate products for now. Proper variants ship with the Commerce Hub.
Will it connect to Shopify or WooCommerce?
That's on the roadmap, not available today. If a storefront is central to how you sell, ERPFlow currently works as the back office you re-key into rather than the system of record that pushes out. Worth knowing before you switch.
