The quote is the job

Price the work properly — materials, labour, line-level VAT — and send it as a PDF the client can sign off. When it's accepted it converts into an invoice with the lines intact, so what you agreed and what you bill are the same document rather than two versions that drifted apart.

Costs against the work, not in a shoebox

Supplier invoices, subcontractor payments and plant hire go in as expenses tied to real suppliers. Photos, certificates and signed variations attach to the record. When someone asks what a job actually cost, the answer is in one place instead of spread across a van, an inbox and a filing cabinet.

Plant, sites and crew

Tools and machinery sit in the fixed-asset register with their value and running costs. Sites are locations with their own records. Staff, their departments and their time off are in the same system, so you're not running the commercial side of the business in one place and the people side in another.

And everything else, included

There's no industry edition and no module you have to buy separately. Every plan includes every part of ERPFlow — what changes between plans is volume and team size, not which parts you can open.

Construction — common questions

Does ERPFlow handle project phases and progress billing?
No. A job is a quote plus the invoices raised against it, not a phased schedule with valuations. There's no retention handling or CVR reporting. Builders running fixed-price domestic and small commercial work generally find that enough; anyone doing staged valuations on large contracts will find it too thin.
Can I track subcontractors?
Yes, as suppliers. Their invoices go in as expenses against the job, and you can attach their paperwork to the record. There's no CIS deduction calculation or scheme filing — that stays with your accountant or payroll software.
Can I quote and invoice from site?
From a phone browser, yes — the web app works on mobile. There's no native app yet; iOS and Android are on the roadmap. If your team spends the day in vans and you need offline capture, that's worth testing before you commit.
