Where does the work actually come from?

Every enquiry lands in one pipeline, whether it arrived through your website form, a referral or an email you logged yourself. You move it through the stages your practice actually uses, and the source stays attached — so after a few months you can see which channel is worth your time and which one you've been flattering.

A proposal that becomes an invoice

Write the quote with proper line items and tax, send it as a PDF, and convert the accepted one into an invoice without retyping a figure. The client record, the proposal and the invoice are the same thread, so when they ask what was agreed in March you can answer in a few seconds rather than searching your sent folder.

Know what a client is actually worth

Invoices feed income, expenses sit against the same clients and suppliers, and both roll up per customer. That answers the question most consultancies avoid: which clients pay well and on time, and which ones absorb a week a month for a fee that looked fine two years ago.

And everything else, included

There's no industry edition and no module you have to buy separately. Every plan includes every part of ERPFlow — what changes between plans is volume and team size, not which parts you can open.

Consultancies — common questions

Does ERPFlow track billable hours?
No. There's no timer or timesheet. If you bill hourly you work the hours out however you do today and enter them as a line on the invoice. Consultancies billing by day rate, retainer or fixed fee tend not to miss it; if you need per-minute tracking, keep the tool you have and use ERPFlow for everything after the total.
Can I invoice clients in another currency?
Yes, on any paid plan. You invoice in the client's currency and your reporting stays in your base one, with rates from published central-bank data. Invoices also render as PDFs in 19 languages, set per client, so a German client gets a German invoice without you keeping a second template.
What if I already have years of client history?
Import it. CSV import covers customers, invoices, expenses and 17 other record types, so you can bring the history rather than starting from an empty list. The same format exports back out, so nothing you import gets locked in.
