Which sessions earn their slot?

Sessions are services with their own prices. Invoices roll up into income, and instructors are in the same system as the bookings they took. Timetables tend to be set by habit; this makes it possible to set them by what actually fills.

Does ERPFlow handle memberships or class packs?
No. There's no membership billing, no class-pack balance and no automatic monthly charge. Sessions are booked and invoiced individually. A studio running the business on recurring memberships will find that a real gap; a trainer billing per block of sessions generally won't.
Can clients pay when they book?
Not yet. Booking takes the slot and you invoice afterwards. Card payment at the point of booking is specified and on the roadmap.
Can I cap the number of people in a class?
Booking availability is per instructor rather than per class with a headcount, so it suits one-to-one and small-group work better than a 30-person timetable. Worth testing against how your studio actually runs before you switch.
