Your practice, not your clients' ledgers

ERPFlow runs the business of the practice: who your clients are, what you agreed to do, what you've billed and what's come in. It isn't a general ledger and doesn't replace the accounts software you prepare client work in — it replaces the spreadsheet you use to keep track of the practice itself.

VAT that behaves

Set your rates once and every document applies them at line level. VAT reporting adds up from the actual documents rather than from a parallel workbook, and invoices export as Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 for clients who need e-invoicing. For a practice that spends its days on other people's compliance, its own taking care of itself is worth something.

Who sees what

Role-based permissions apply per resource, so a bookkeeper can work the client list without seeing fee income or salary records. Every change is logged with who made it and when — useful when a partner asks why a fee note changed, and useful for your own file.

And everything else, included

There's no industry edition and no module you have to buy separately. Every plan includes every part of ERPFlow — what changes between plans is volume and team size, not which parts you can open.

Accounting & bookkeeping — common questions

Is ERPFlow a replacement for accounting software?
No, and it isn't trying to be. There's no double-entry ledger, no bank feed and no statutory filing. It manages the practice — clients, fees, invoices, expenses and the VAT on your own sales. You'd keep your production software for preparing client accounts.
Can I bill clients in different currencies?
Yes, on any paid plan. Invoice in the client's currency, report in yours, with rates from published central-bank data. Invoice PDFs render in 19 languages set per client, which matters if you act for businesses trading across the EU.
Can staff see only their own clients?
Permissions work per resource and action — view or manage, per module — so you can give someone the customer and invoice modules without finance or staff records. It isn't per-client record filtering, so a user with customer access sees the client list. Worth checking against how your practice divides work.
