Good habits from customer one

Starting out with ERPFlow — common questions
Is ERPFlow really free for a new business?
Yes. ERPFlow's Free plan costs nothing, asks for no card and has no trial clock or expiry date. It comes with usage and storage limits: one user, 10 quotes and 5 invoices a month, 10 customers, one booking page, 10 project cards and 200 MB of storage. Paid plans start at €19 a month + VAT when a business outgrows them.
What isn't included in ERPFlow's free plan?
Orders and extra team members start on the Starter plan, and extra currencies start on Growth. Quotes and invoices made on the Free plan also carry a small “Generated by ERPFlow.ai” line. Everything else available in ERPFlow today works on the Free plan, within its limits — your own logo on quotes, invoices and emails included.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Signing up for ERPFlow asks for no payment details, and the Free plan never does. A card is only needed if you choose a paid plan.
What happens when I reach a free plan limit?
ERPFlow stops you creating more of that kind of record and offers an upgrade — everything you've already created stays as it is. The monthly limits on quotes and invoices start again on the 1st of each month.
Can clients book appointments with me on the free plan?
Yes. ERPFlow's Free plan includes one booking page. Clients pick a free slot, get a confirmation and a reminder by email, and the booking appears in ERPFlow and in your calendar feed. A business email address has to be set before the page opens, and taking a payment or deposit at booking isn't available yet.
Can I bring my existing clients and take my data with me?
Yes. Customers and other records import into ERPFlow from a spreadsheet (CSV), and you can download a backup of your records as CSV files, plus every file you've uploaded, at any time — on every plan, Free included.
Who is behind ERPFlow?
ERPFlow OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registry code 17201984). ERPFlow's data is hosted on servers in Germany, within the EU. The team built ERPFlow for their own businesses first, and now offers it to people who are just starting theirs.
