Bookings that respect who's actually working

Availability is set per staff member, not for the salon as a whole, so a client books a real slot with a real person. Confirmations and reminders go out by email, and the schedule publishes as a calendar feed your team can subscribe to in whatever calendar app they already use.

Remember what they had last time

Each client is one record with their history, their notes and every invoice attached. When someone comes back after eight months asking for "the same as before", the answer is on screen rather than in somebody's memory or a card index behind reception.

What did each chair earn?

Services carry their own prices and tax. Invoices roll up into income, and staff are in the same system as the bookings they took. That turns a question most salons answer by feel — who's busy, who's profitable, which treatments are worth the room — into something you can look up.

And everything else, included

There's no industry edition and no module you have to buy separately. Every plan includes every part of ERPFlow — what changes between plans is volume and team size, not which parts you can open.

Salons, spas & beauty — common questions

Can clients pay or leave a deposit when they book?
Not yet. Booking pages take the appointment, not the money — payment happens in the salon and you raise the invoice in ERPFlow. Card payment at booking is specified and on the roadmap. If deposits are how you control no-shows, that gap matters today.
Does each stylist get their own availability?
Yes. Availability is defined per staff member as weekly recurring windows, so part-time hours and different days off are handled properly. Clients pick the person and see only the slots that person actually has free.
Can I run more than one salon?
Yes. Locations are first-class records with their own staff and bookings, and permissions decide who sees which site. A manager can run their own salon without seeing the others' figures.
