Back office, not the till

ERPFlow is the system behind the shop rather than the one on the counter. There's no POS, no barcode scanning and no card terminal. What it does is keep the product list, the supplier relationships, the stock figures and the money in one place — which for a lot of independents is the half currently living in a spreadsheet.

One product list, one truth

SKU, cost, price and stock on a single record, with suppliers attached to what you buy from them. Every stock movement leaves a trail, so when a count looks wrong you can see what changed it rather than starting again from the shelf.

The money, without a second system

Supplier invoices go in as expenses, sales go in as income, and both sit against real records with proper tax. More than one shop works as separate locations with their own staff, and permissions decide who sees which site's numbers.

Retail stores — common questions

Is there a point-of-sale or till system?
No. There's no POS screen, barcode scanning or card terminal integration. Retailers use ERPFlow behind whatever till they already run — for the catalog, suppliers, stock and accounts — rather than as a replacement for it.
Can I sell the same item in different sizes or colours?
Not yet. A product is one SKU with one price and one stock level, so variants would be separate products today. Proper variant support is part of the Commerce Hub on our roadmap. Clothing and footwear retailers should weigh that seriously.
Can I track stock across two shops?
Locations are first-class records with their own staff, but stock is a single figure per product rather than per location. Multi-warehouse stock is on the roadmap. A single shop with a stockroom is well served; two shops moving stock between them isn't yet.
