Sessions booked into your real week

Set your weekly hours once, block out the days you're away, and leave a buffer after every session so calls never run back to back. You decide how much notice a booking needs and how far ahead your calendar opens. Confirmations and reminders go out by email, and your schedule publishes as a calendar feed you can subscribe to in the calendar app you already use.

Video sessions, with the link in every email

Add a meeting link from Google Meet, Zoom, Teams or anything else to the booking, and the client gets it by email — then as a Join meeting button in every booking email, on their booking page and in the calendar invite. Change the link and the invite updates in place, so a client never turns up to last month's room.

Notes that stay yours

Write session notes against the client and keep each one private — visible only to you — or share it with your team, note by note. The client's record holds those notes beside every booking, quote and invoice, so preparing for the next session means reading one page rather than three apps.

Packages billed on schedule

Quote a programme as a set of sessions and convert it into an invoice once it's agreed, or bill a monthly package as a recurring invoice issued on its date. Payments are recorded as they arrive. When a programme ends, send a one-question survey from the client's record and keep their score beside their history.

Personal coaching — common questions

Everything you need to know about ERPFlow. Can't find the answer? We're here to help.

Contact us
Can I sell a package of coaching sessions?
Partly. A package can be a service with its own price, quoted and invoiced like any other, or a monthly recurring invoice for clients who pay as they go. What ERPFlow doesn't do is count sessions down — there's no balance of sessions left on a package.
Does ERPFlow host the video call?
No. You paste a meeting link from Google Meet, Zoom, Teams or any other service, and ERPFlow carries it: the client receives it by email and sees a Join meeting button in every booking email and the calendar invite. Nothing connects to those services and no meeting is created for you.
Are my coaching notes private?
Yes, if you make them private. Each note in ERPFlow is either private — visible only to you — or public to everyone in your organization, and you choose per note. Notes can carry attachments.
Can clients pay when they book a session?
Not yet. ERPFlow's booking pages take the session, not the money — you invoice and record the payment when it arrives. Card payment at booking is specified and on the roadmap.
