Home service software for local businesses

Homeowners book a visit themselves, you see where every customer is on a map, and the invoice goes out from the same record — for handymen, gardeners, window cleaners and the local trades in between.

Visits booked without phone tag

A booking page lists what you do — a gutter clear, a lawn cut, a flat-pack assembly — each with its own duration and price. Customers pick a free slot against your hours or each person's own, a buffer after every visit leaves time to get to the next one, and the customer adds access details in the notes. Confirmations and reminders go out by email, and the booking lands on the customer's record, or as a new lead if they're new to you.

Your patch, on a map

Every customer and lead with an address appears on a map, placed from the address on their record. You can see where your work clusters, which neighbourhoods keep calling you back and where a new enquiry sits against the jobs you already have that week.

Quote it, do it, bill it

Bigger jobs start as a quote with materials and labour on separate lines, sent as a PDF and converted into an invoice once it's accepted. Smaller ones skip the quote: a finished booking turns into a draft invoice at the price it was booked at. Regular work — the fortnightly garden, the quarterly window clean — can run as a recurring invoice on its own schedule.

Ask how it went

Word of mouth is most of the marketing in this trade. Send a one-question survey from the customer's record after the job; they score you from 0 to 10 without logging in, and the answer stays on their record beside every visit and invoice, so you know who'll recommend you before you ask them to.

Contact us
Does ERPFlow plan routes between jobs?
No. ERPFlow has no route optimisation and no dispatch board. The customer map shows where your work is and booking buffers leave travel time between visits, but the order of the day is still yours to set.
Can ERPFlow remind customers when their next visit is due?
Not automatically. Booking reminders go out before a visit that's already booked, but nothing works out when the next gutter clear is due and contacts the customer. A regular arrangement can run as a recurring invoice, and the visit itself is booked like any other.
Can customers pay when they book a visit?
Not yet. ERPFlow's booking pages take the appointment, not the money — you invoice after the visit and record the payment when it arrives. Card payment at booking is specified and on the roadmap.
Does ERPFlow publish reviews?
No. Satisfaction scores stay in ERPFlow on each customer's record; nothing is posted to Google or a reviews site. They tell you which customers are worth asking for a public review.
