The business side of a clinic

ERPFlow handles appointments, patient contact records, invoicing, stock and staff. It is not a clinical record system: there are no diagnoses, prescriptions or medical coding. Practices run it alongside whatever clinical software they're required to use, and stop keeping the commercial half of the practice in spreadsheets.

Booking per practitioner

Each practitioner has their own availability, so patients book a real slot with the right person rather than a generic clinic time. Reminders go out by email and the schedule publishes as a calendar feed. Multiple rooms or sites work as separate locations with their own staff.

Treatments, products and what came in

Treatments are services with their own prices and tax. Anything you dispense or sell — supplies, aftercare, food in a veterinary practice — is a product with a stock level. Both go on the same invoice, and it all rolls up per practitioner and per site.

And everything else, included

There's no industry edition and no module you have to buy separately. Every plan includes every part of ERPFlow — what changes between plans is volume and team size, not which parts you can open.

Healthcare & clinics — common questions

Is ERPFlow a patient record system?
No. There are no clinical notes, diagnoses, prescriptions or medical coding, and it isn't certified for clinical use. It covers appointments, contact details, invoicing, stock and staff. You keep your clinical system and use ERPFlow for the practice as a business.
Where is patient data stored?
On servers in Germany, within the EU. Each organisation's rows are isolated by PostgreSQL row-level security enforced at the database rather than in application code, everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, and every change is recorded in an audit log. Our sub-processor register is published.
Can patients pay when they book?
Not yet. Booking takes the appointment; payment happens at the clinic and you raise the invoice afterwards. Card payment at the point of booking is specified and on the roadmap.
