Does ERPFlow sell tickets or manage attendees?
No. There's no ticketing, registration, seating or check-in. ERPFlow covers the commercial side — the client, the quote, the suppliers, the costs and the invoice. Ticketed events keep their ticketing platform and use ERPFlow for the business behind it.
Can I see profit on an event before it's invoiced?
Not per event. ERPFlow shows each client's quotes and invoiced revenue and records supplier costs as expenses against each supplier, and the dashboard sets revenue against costs for the business as a whole, month by month. Expenses don't link to a client or an event, so there's no per-event margin or job costing.
Can I invoice in the client's currency?
Yes, from the Growth plan — one currency beside your own on Growth, any number on Business and Enterprise — with reporting consolidated in your base currency. Invoice PDFs render in 19 languages set per client, which is worth having when an event's client, venue and crew are in three different countries.
