A fleet you can account for

Is there an availability calendar per item?
Not as a booking grid. Hires are tracked as quotes and invoices against an asset rather than as reservations on a per-item calendar, so you can see an item's history but not a forward availability view at a glance. Rental companies juggling heavy forward bookings should weigh that carefully.
Can it price by day, week or month?
You set the rate on the quote line, so any period works — but the calculation is yours, not automatic. There's no rate card that multiplies a daily rate by a hire period, and no automatic overrun billing.
Can I attach condition reports and photos?
Yes. Files attach to the asset, the customer or the document, so handover photos and condition reports live with the record they belong to. Every change carries an audit entry showing who made it and when.
