Cleaning services: what you'll open every day
The whole platform is included either way — these are simply the parts you'll live in.
- QuotesPrice the work properly, send it as a PDF in your customer's language, and convert the accepted quote without retyping a line.
- InvoicingSend a compliant invoice in your customer's language in under a minute — and keep every one of them in the same place as the customer, the product and the payment.
- CustomersOne customer, one record — with every quote, invoice, booking and note attached, so nobody has to ask around for the history.
- StaffYour team, their roles, their departments and their salary history — in the same system as the work they do.
- VacationsRequests go in, approvals come back, and everyone can see who's away — without a shared spreadsheet nobody trusts.
- ProductsDefine a product once — price, tax rate, stock — and use it on every quote, order and invoice without typing it again.
And everything else, included
There's no industry edition and no module you have to buy separately. Every plan includes every part of ERPFlow — what changes between plans is volume and team size, not which parts you can open.
Quote the site once
Price a contract as a quote with every task and frequency as its own line and the tax worked out per line, send it as a PDF, and convert the accepted version into the first invoice without retyping a figure. The quote stays on the client's record, so when someone asks in a year what the weekly clean was meant to include, the answer is the document they signed off.
Contracts that invoice on schedule
A recurring invoice is issued weekly, monthly or yearly — numbered, with the PDF emailed, or left as a draft if you'd rather check it first. One schedule covers every client on the same terms, one invoice each; a contract priced differently gets its own schedule. ERPFlow issues the invoices and never charges anyone, so payments are recorded as they arrive and an overdue invoice gets a reminder when you send one.
Who's working and who's off
Each cleaner has a staff record with their department, position and documents. Time off is requested and approved in the app, with public holidays filled in for your country, and each person's calendar shows their hours, bookings and time off by week or month — so two people off in the same week shows up before a client notices.
Supplies on record
Chemicals, cloths and consumables are products with a stock count and the supplier you buy them from. Supplier invoices go in as expenses with the document attached, so what supplies cost you each month is a figure on the supplier's record rather than a guess at the end of the year.
