Lessons booked against the tutor's real week

Each tutor sets their own weekly hours, so a student books a slot that person actually has free. You decide how much notice a booking needs and how far ahead the calendar opens, and closed days stay closed. Confirmations and reminders go out by email, and an online lesson carries the meeting link you paste in, shown as a Join meeting button in every email and the calendar invite.

Courses, terms and monthly fees

A course or a block of lessons is a service with its own price. A company booking training for its team gets a quote that converts into an invoice once it's accepted, and monthly tuition runs as a recurring invoice — one per payer, at whatever interval you set. Invoices go out in each customer's own language, which a language school tends to notice.

Enquiries that don't go cold

A form on your website files each enquiry as a lead with its source, and a trial lesson booked online arrives as a lead with the booking attached. Leads move through the stages you set, so the parent who asked about autumn classes in June is still on the list in August — and because the source stays on the record, after a term you can see which channels your students actually came through.

Ask how it went

Send a satisfaction survey from a customer's record: they get a one-time link, score you from 0 to 10 without logging in, and the answer is kept on their record beside what they've paid. It's a plain signal of which courses keep people coming back and which quietly lose them.

Education & training — common questions

Everything you need to know about ERPFlow. Can't find the answer? We're here to help.

Contact us
Is ERPFlow a learning management system?
No. ERPFlow has no course content, no online classroom, no attendance register, no grades and no certificates. It runs the business around the teaching — bookings, students, invoices and feedback — beside whichever platform you teach on.
Can a group class have a maximum number of students?
Not per class. ERPFlow's booking availability is set per tutor rather than per class with a headcount, so it suits one-to-one lessons and small groups better than a timetable of 20-seat classes. Test it against how your school actually runs before you switch.
Who is the customer — the student or the parent?
Whoever pays. A customer in ERPFlow is a person, with a company name and tax details added when a business is paying, so a parent paying for a child, an employer paying for a course and an adult paying their own way all work. The student's name goes on the invoice line or in the notes.
Can I bill a term's fees in instalments?
Yes. Either run the term as a monthly recurring invoice, or issue one invoice for the whole term and record each instalment as a part payment when it arrives — the invoice PDF then shows what has been paid and what's still due. ERPFlow doesn't charge cards, so payments are recorded rather than collected.
