Run one catalog behind your orders and invoices — with the honest caveat that store sync isn't here yet.

Read this part first

ERPFlow does not yet connect to Shopify or WooCommerce, doesn't support product variants, and holds one stock figure per product. If your business runs on a storefront with sized or coloured products, it isn't ready for you — and we'd rather say so here than after you've moved your catalog across.

What it does do well today

For a simple range of single-SKU products, it's a solid back office: one catalog with cost, price and stock, suppliers attached to what you buy, customer orders that convert straight into invoices, and multi-currency invoicing for cross-border sales. Sellers who take orders by email, phone or wholesale rather than only through a storefront get real value now.

What's coming

The Commerce Hub adds variants, stock across multiple warehouses, two-way sync with Shopify and WooCommerce, and product feeds — with ERPFlow as the source of truth rather than another place to re-key. It's specified and being built. It isn't available, and we don't put a date on things we haven't shipped.

And everything else, included

There's no industry edition and no module you have to buy separately. Every plan includes every part of ERPFlow — what changes between plans is volume and team size, not which parts you can open.

E-commerce — common questions

Does ERPFlow sync with Shopify or WooCommerce?
Not today. Two-way sync is part of the Commerce Hub on our roadmap and isn't available yet. Right now you'd move data between your store and ERPFlow by CSV, which is workable for a modest catalog and painful for a large one.
Can I handle product variants like size and colour?
No. A product is one SKU with one price and one stock level, so a t-shirt in four sizes would be four products today. Variants ship with the Commerce Hub. If that's how your catalog works, wait for it.
So who is this actually right for now?
Sellers with a straightforward range who need the back office more than the storefront — wholesale and B2B orders, made-to-order goods, or anyone taking orders outside a shopping cart. If the storefront is the whole business, come back when the Commerce Hub lands.
