Real estate: what you'll open every day
The whole platform is included either way — these are simply the parts you'll live in.
- LeadsCapture leads from your website, work them through stages your team agrees on, and turn the ones that close into customers without re-entering a thing.
- Lead formsPut a form on your website and every submission becomes a lead — no inbox, no spreadsheet, no copy-paste.
- Booking pagesCustomers book a real slot with a real person, get a confirmation and a reminder, and it all lands in the same system as the invoice.
- ProjectsDrag the work from To do to Done, see what's due before it's late, and keep the files, the discussion and the hours on the card — next to the customer it's for.
- InvoicingSend a compliant invoice in your customer's language in under a minute — and keep every one of them in the same place as the customer, the product and the payment.
And everything else, included
There's no industry edition and no module you have to buy separately. Every plan includes every part of ERPFlow — what changes between plans is volume and team size, not which parts you can open.
Every enquiry in one pipeline
A form on your website files each enquiry as a lead with its source, viewings booked online arrive as leads with the booking attached, and calls or portal enquiries go in by hand or by CSV import. Leads move through the stages you set, and a buyer, seller or landlord who signs with you becomes a customer without retyping anything.
Viewings that book themselves
Each agent publishes a booking page with their own weekly availability, so a buyer picks a real free slot instead of trading messages. Confirmations and reminders go out by email, the schedule publishes as a calendar feed agents subscribe to in their own calendar app, and a video-call link added to the service turns any slot into a virtual viewing.
A board for every property
Run each instruction as a project: cards for the valuation, photos, listing, viewings, offers and completion, each with an owner and a due date that turns amber, then red, before anything slips. Floor plans, photos and contracts attach to the card or the client — PDFs, images and digitally signed ASiC-E or BDOC files — so the whole file travels with the deal.
Fees invoiced from the same record
Commission and marketing fees go on a numbered invoice with VAT per line, in the client's language, from the same customer record as the enquiry. Monthly management fees for landlords run as a recurring invoice that is issued on schedule. ERPFlow issues invoices and records payments, part payments included; it never charges a card or a bank account.
